Sophia’s Story
After the movie, Sophia and Andrea returned to Sophia's house. Or, at least, Sophia's parents house. Which was so quiet it was obviously empty.
Her dad was out of town, but she had no idea where her mom was.
Sophia: Mom must be out.
Andrea: Should we go to your room?
Sophia: I don't ---
Andrea: It's cool, I'll see you later.
Sophia: Wait, you can come upstairs, but lets be REALLY quiet, just in case.
Twenty minutes later Maria came home carrying groceries.
Maria: I think I hear someone upstairs. Bill's not here so Sophia must have come home. Sophia!
