The Flying Car Adventure
(The boys journeyed back to the very top of the bookshelf again and Hermione was at attention. She must have missed Ron’s removal from his box, because she seemed shocked he was free and with the other boys.)
Hermione: Ron, what are you doing out of your box?
Ron: Having a little fun with Harry and his mates.
Hermione: But you’ll. . .
Boys: (finishing) Ruin your collectors value.
Harry: I think it’s pretty much ruined at this point. He’s out his box and re-dressed. He’s one of us.
Ron: Yeah, I’m free from that bloody collectors status.
Hermione: Actually, properly dressed with all your accessories you’re still–
Ron: (Ignoring Hermione) Let’s get the car.
Hermione: So now that you’ve devalued yourself, you’re going to devalue the car?
(But the boys didn’t respond, with Ron along getting the car seemed like a real possibility. And Ron seemed to have examined the box and knew exactly how to get
the car out.)
Anakin: (to Ron) you know when I read about Hermione’s nagging, it was kind of funny. But now I see why it took so long for you two to like her.
Ron: I think the manufacturer just packaged her a little too tight. Once Hermione
loosens up she’s pretty wicked, and I mean that in a good way.
