1.1: The End of Summer
(Meanwhile, somewhere else on Kelley Avenue, Benny was on a mission. He’d finished his letter to Kim and was heading to the Wilson house to give it to her when he ran into Lina who was strolling her baby brother, Rocky, to his Day Care, Kelley Kids Kare.)
Benny: Hi Lina.
Lina: Hey Benny.
Benny: On your way to the day care?
Lina: Yeah.
Lina: Is that note for Kim?
Benny: Yeah
Lina: You sure you want to do that?.
Benny: Harold said he’s dropping her.
Lina: Harold says a lot of things. You don’t want to get all mixed up in this mess. There are better girls. And they would appreciate you.
Benny: I want Kim, okay. I want Kim.
Lina: Okay
(They parted company and within a few minutes, he was at the Wilson house. Kim happened to be coming out as Benny headed up the walkway.)
Kim: Hey Ben.
Benny: Hey Kim.
