1.13: The Marshalls
(Trax followed Sharice out the studio.)

Trax: Listen babe, you got to put the past in the past and give the guy a chance to change. Jared’s a good guy, when we lived in that group home together we had to stick together. We were both the smallest boys there and if we hadn’t stood up for each other, we would have been far worse off.
Reese: I’ve heard the story dad.
Trax: Plus Jared and I, we’re doing something constructive now. We’re working on his album.
Reese: His what?
Trax: Album, we’re getting back into music as a duo.
Reese: Well I suppose his ex-con status will sell a few albums.
Trax: Sharice, come on.
Reese: Yeah, the music, whatever. That’s always been a good motivator for you, so maybe it’s a good thing for him too.
Trax: Alright then. So you’ll let the past go and stop trying to get between him and his son.
Reese: Whatever.
Trax: Okay.
(Sharice went off to her room as Jared came in and greeted Trax)

Jared: What’s up with her man?
Trax: You know, teenage girl, mood swings.
Jared: So glad I got a son then.

Jared: Hey Trax, we been working all day how about we go kick it at a club tonight. Have a little fun.
Trax: You know I’m down for whatever man.
