Stacy: Okay, why are you suddenly breaking the big secret and bringing him here?
Mr. Stevens: His mother’s dead. She got very ill and I had no idea. He belongs with me now.
Stacy: So along with this embarrassing secret, I suddenly have to explain to all my friends where this bastard kid suddenly came from.
Mr. Stevens: That ‘Bastard Kid’ is your brother. And don’t you ever call him that to his face.
Stacy: You named him after uncle Shawn?!! I can’t believe this. You cheated on mom, you have a son I never knew about, and he’s coming to live here. I thought I knew you, but obviously I don’t. I don’t know you at all. I’m out of here.
(Stacy stormed out the house very upset.)
