1.7: The Lost Son
(At the Kelley Avenue High School, Stacy treated the day as normal as any other. And she treated Harold with the same cold shoulder she had been giving him since he told her Kim was now his girlfriend.)
Harold: Hey Stacy.
(Stacy ignores him and continues down the stiars)
Harold: We still not talking to me.
Stacy: You made your choice.
Harold: But does that have to mean you don’t talk to me?
(Stacy stopped walking and Harold walked up to her)
Stacy: When I look at you, I want to be something we can’t be anymore.
Harold: Who says we can’t? I mean we were just freinds with benifits, right?
Stacy: Yeah, that’s why it’s too bad you hooked up with Kim permanently. Because that situation means you lose your benifits.
(Stacy walked away.)
(Mick walks up to Harold)
Harold: This is killing me. Man was not made to be with one woman.
Mick: Actually, the first man was.
Harold: That’s cause it was his only option.
Mick: How did you make the choice in the first place?
Harold: I flipped a coin.
Mick: You’re not serious.
Harold: Come on Mick, it’s me.
