1.4: Secrets
(After returning from the mall, the kids discussed what was now the ‘Mystery of Sophia’)
Erika: So what do you think I should do?
Tina: You can’t exactly tell your mom what you saw or heard, all you can do is watch her.
Erika: You really think she could be an escaped convict or something?
Tina: Why not? Or she could have just been in prison before and doesn’t want your mom to know.
Erika: I still think she’s planning on taking those babies.
Kenny: I still say you’ve seen to many Lifetime movies. Sophia totally has a secret, but I bet it’s not as bad as we’re making it. Loads of people have secrets.
Erika: Yeah, but what if her secret could hurt one of the day care kids?
Kenny: I don’t think so, she loves kids.
Erika: Exactly, that might be why she’s dangerous.
Kenny: Erika, I don’t think so.
Erika: Well it’s not going to hurt anybody to find out.
