The Family
The parents of the Johnson household are Samuel Johnson and Tracey Johnson. Samuel is a real estate agent and Tracy is a house-wife.
Samuel was always the smart kid in class and Tracey was his best
friend. Their mother’s were friends, so they became and remained friends all thier life. In High School, Tracey developed a crush on her friend even though she was the popular people person and he the shy loner. She dropped hints, but he never caught on. In thier senior year, she asked him to prom. He thought it was a pity date, but by the end of the night he knew it wasn’t. They dated throughout college, had their ups and downs, but in the end got married.
They moved into a nice house on Kelley avenue right away. After some struggles with infertility, they finally had a son, Nelson Kirk. An only child for most of his life and very wanted, Nelson has mostly grown up in a loving home with minimal problems. He’s always excelled at sports, but he also makes good grades. His best friends from kindergarten on up have been his next door neighbors, Lina Gaby Fletcher, who became his girlfriend in thier teen years, and Harold Tompson. The group has expanded over the years, but he considers them his closest friends.
Nelson was 15 (nearly 16) when his parents were surprised with an unexpected pregnancy. Having struggled so long to have Nelson, the couple was pleased to have a second son. But having been an only child for so long, Nelson Kirk is unsure how he feels about his baby brother, David.
